Orientation, Course Advising & Registration for spring 2019

(Only for the newly admitted students)

It is for the information of all the newly admitted students in Spring Semester 2019 that the course advising & registration for the first semester will take place as per the following schedule. Students are requested to follow the schedule and the noted guidelines during their course advising & registration:

Necessary Guidelines

Students are requested to go to their respective department and meet the Department Coordination Officer (DCO) and know the name of their Course Adviser.
Day batch students are requested to bring the photo-copy of HSC Mark-Sheet for registration of “EAP-009: English for Academic Purposes” course.
Students are also requested to show GUB payment book/ payment slip/ money receipt to their Academic Adviser during course advising.
Students admitted with credit transfer from other universities are requested to submit credit transfer application form to the Admission Office.
Students who got admitted paying only the admission fee of Tk. 11,000.00 and have not paid the registration fee of Tk. 4,000.00 will have to pay the registration fee of Tk. 4000.00 to the Accounts Office before course advising & registration.
Students who have already paid Tk. 15000.00 and more at the time of admission will not have to pay any other fee at the time of course registration.

ii. Permanent Campus, Rupganj, Narayanganj: On 23 January 2019 at 11:00 AM
