Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) arranged Orientation Program at the university campus for the newly enrolled students of Summer Semester-2022 on 7 June 2022.
Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir, Honorable Vice Chancellor of GUB presided over the program while Syed Manzoorul Islam, recipients of the Ekushey Padak and former professor of Dhaka University was present as chief guest. Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Razzaque, Honorable Advisor of GUB; Prof. Dr. Fayzur Rahman, Honorable Treasurer; Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Azad, Dean (Acting), FSE and Chair, Dept. of CSE; Prof. Dr. Farhana Helal Mehtab, Dean, Faculty of Law; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Dean, Faculty of Business Studies and Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, Honorable Registrar spoke at the program.
In program, all speakers welcomed the newly enrolled students and encouraged them to prepare themselves as global citizens. They said, the best gift could be not only higher academic performance but also preparing as a complete human being.

The orientation program included an introduction session and briefing session. The session focused on academic systems and rules, necessary information about GUB, different clubs and co-curricular activities.
