250 students of different departments of Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) have been awarded the Academic Excellence Awards: Vice Chancellor’s and Dean’s certificate for their excellent academic results in Spring Semester 2022 on 11 May, 2022.
Professor Dr. Syed Ferhat Anwar, Former Director of Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka graced the occasion as the chief guest while Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Green University of Bangladesh Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir presided over the function.
Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Razzaque, Advisor of GUB; Prof. Dr. Md. Fyzur Rahman, Treasurer; Dean Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Azad; Dean Prof. Dr. Farhana Helal Mehtab and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Controller of Examinations, GUB Dr. Md. Mostafijur Rahman spoke at the occasion.
Among others, Heads and faculties of the Departments, Students and Staff were present at the program.
At the end, The 250 students of different departments have received the Academic Excellence Awards. Among them, 59 from B. Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering while 111 from B. Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, 25 from B. Sc. in Textile Engineering, 21 from Bachelor of Business Administration, 5 from Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English, 11 from LLB (Honors), 6 from Bachelor of Social Science (Honors) in Sociology and 12 from BSS (Honors) in Journalism and Media Communication department.
