We are thrilled to share the exciting news of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), India, and the Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) on February 22, 2024.
The MoU, signed by Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor (Acting) of GUB, and Prof. Dr. S. V. Kota Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of VIT, solidifies our commitment to collaboration and innovation. From GUB, we had Prof. Dr. M. Shahidullah, Dean of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Dean of Green Business School; Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Azad, Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering; Dr. Molla Shahadat Hossain Lipu; Director, Center for International Affairs, Dr. Serajum Munira, Director of Center for Language and Cultural Studies; and Mr. Md Mahady Hasan, Assistant Director of Green University Center for International Affairs. Representing VIT were Dr. Debajit Goswami, Deputy Director of International Relations, and Mr. Md Sanaullah, CEO of Glorious Consultancy, who played instrumental roles in facilitating the collaboration between the two institutions. This partnership aims to explore various opportunities, including summer schools, semester exchange programs, faculty development programs, joint research collaborations, and more.
